Broncos professional catering crew, will come and cook for you a genuine spitroast feast at your venue.
We prepare onsite fom our certified self contained mobile kitchen.
You & your guests feel free to mix & migle with us while we are roasting the meat on the spit.
We carve the meat onsite either to your guests plates or to the buffet table.
Any left over food will be packaged & left behind for you & your guests.
We cater localy and Out of town.

ONSITE OPTION 4 – Spit Roasted Whole Animals
Our goal is to make your event a real success with our Genuine Spitroasting giving your event the Ye Ha factor.
Pig, Lamb ($3.00 extra p/person), Mutton, Goat, Venison, Turkey
Certified Halal Meats are available on request.
Roasted to perfection, well rested, wrapped and packed uncarved ready for pickup/delivery.
We Have a Carving option from $75.00 per animal.
Wrapping & Packaging $25.00 – $35.00 per animal
If you prefer to supply your own meat for Roasting with Bronco’s only accept NZ standards certified meats, unfrozen. We Have Big Spits & Ovens For Roasting Big Fat Pigs up to 80 kg’s per spit & we can Roast up to 10 whole animals at one time.
Option 4.1: Spit Roasted Whole Animals, Bread Rolls & Gravy – $26.50 per person
